Before this, he spearheaded Customer Success for global key accounts at Sprinklr, focusing on strategy and growth in Customer Experience Management. He also served as Business Unit Head at Mu Sigma, managing P&L and client relations for Fortune 500 firms across multiple regions, specializing in analytics and digital transformation. Earlier, Pradeep held leadership roles at Encore Capital Group, where he launched its financial services division in India, and at KPMG and Caterpillar, managing consulting and customer success functions. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Allahabad.
