The objective was to convert customers from passive to active by giving them a better retail experience and higher customer satisfaction.

A race track or looping drive plan was used to encourage customers to circulate through the entire store on a journey of discovery. Graphics were used to enhance the look and feel of the store.

Madison+rkd retail/ iQ was responsible for all creative expressions of planning, design and documentation and has worked on the 3 stores in Gurgaon, Bangalore and O mall, Kochi totaling to approximately 60,000 sq. ft.
