Although the design concept was in place and few stores were already rolled out, Croma wanted Madison + rkd retail/iQ to upgrade the stores to create a fresh look and feel. The stores were to be opened in malls etc.

In terms of retail planning the stores were designed in such manner which would help the customers to circulate through the entire store. The destination merchandise categories like home entertainment, televisions, computers and appliances offer dominance in assortment and were highlighted in store through experience zones ,demo area  etc. A new graphic structure was strategized to give a clear direction and crisp information to the customers.

Madison+rkd retail/iQ was responsible for all design development, documentation and graphic Implementation manual for 4 stores across India.
